FELLOW PRACTITIONER SUPPORT

We recognise that work with teams is often complex relationally, both within the team and in their relationships with you, as a facilitator/coach.  Regular supervision is important in this type of work to assure your ability to sense-make of the dynamics, to understand what is yours and what is others, and to offer your best self in this work. 

We offer our fellow team practitioner community the opportunity to join a free bi-monthly group of team practitioners that meet virtually to discuss cases and to offer support to our community.
